Junior Golf Summer Camp

Our Junior Golf Camp is designed to introduce young golfers to the game in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Whether your child is picking up a golf club for the first time or already has experience, our program focuses on building confidence, developing skills, and fostering a lifelong love of golf.

Recommended Ages: 6–14 years old. We also welcome some of our little golfers ages 3–5, subject to instructor approval. If your child is under 6, please contact us before registering so we can determine if the program is a good fit. Parents or guardians are always welcome to stay during camp to provide a little extra support for our littlest campers if needed.

No Clubs? No Problem! We provide everything your child needs to participate in camp.

Camp is held on the driving range, putting green, and short game practice area at Muskoka Highlands Golf Links. Camp does not take place on the golf course.

Throughout the week, campers receive hands-on instruction in all aspects of the game, including:

  • Full swing fundamentals
  • Chipping and pitching
  • Putting and green reading
  • Golf etiquette and rules
  • Fun games, competitions, and team challenges

Our experienced instructors create a positive, encouraging environment where every golfer can improve at their own pace while building confidence, developing new skills, and making new friends.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your child’s camp registration, please submit your request in writing by email to keith@lakesidelinksgolfacademy.com.

Many of our camps fill well in advance and often have waitlists. Providing advance notice gives us the opportunity to offer your child's spot to another participant.

Cancellation Schedule

  • 21 or more days before the start of camp: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 7–20 days before the start of camp: Eligible for a full credit that can be applied toward an alternate week of camp (subject to availability) or private lessons with Lakeside Links Golf Academy during the same calendar year.
  • Less than 7 days before the start of camp: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Rain Policy

Our camps are held entirely outdoors, so weather is part of the experience!

Camp will continue as scheduled in light rain, and participants should come prepared for changing weather conditions.

In the event of severe weather or thunderstorms, camp will be cancelled for the day to ensure everyone’s safety.

Rain Day Make-Ups
If a camp day is cancelled due to severe weather, you’re welcome to make up that day at any point throughout the summer. Simply bring your child on another day that works for you. We just ask that you send us a quick text in advance (705-204-8946) to let us know you’ll be attending for a rain day make-up.
